Instructions :
- Report to MHC any day between 7.00 a.m and 10 a.m
- Make sure you are fasting for 10 hours before giving a blood sample.
- No exercise or exertion in the morning.
- If you are taking any medication, please bring your old records and all medicines (e.g., for sugar, BP, etc.).
- Thyroid tablets should not be taken on the day of testing.
- If you are having chest pain, breathing difficulty, dizziness, or if you are pregnant or suspecting it, kindly inform us on arrival.
- Please come in comfortable casual wear.
- Your health checkup, including doctor consultation, may take up to four hours.
